At BasmiFIP India, our work is inspired by the pioneering research of Dr. Niels Pedersen and his team at the University of California, whose groundbreaking discoveries have transformed FIP from a nearly always fatal disease into a treatable condition. Since 2019, we have supported cat owners and veterinarians throughout Asia in successfully treating FIP—a disease that once carried a staggering 96% mortality rate. Today, our treatment protocol has helped restore health to 92.7% of cats diagnosed with FIP.
